Ryan Forster
Ryan Forster is currently a junior at the University of San Diego pursuing a B.A. in Economics with an International Relations minor. During the Fall 2009 semester, Ryan interned at the Trans-Border Institute where he authored A Concise Background and History of the Punta Colonet Multimodal Project in Baja California. Currently, Ryan has been admitted to the Engalitcheff Institute on Comparative Political and Economic Systems where he is taking summer classes relevant to both economics and public policy at Georgetown University. Following graduation, Ryan hopes to pursue a PhD in economics and public policy while working in federal or state government finance. Ryan's internship is generously supported by the Fund for American Studies.
