Previously, Richard held senior economist positions at the US Congress Joint Economic Committee and at the New York City Independent Budget Office. In these roles, he analyzed federal, state, and local tax policies. Dr. DiSalvo has also taught economics and statistics at Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs.
Richard originally hails from outside of Syracuse, NY, and holds a PhD in economics from the University of Rochester.
