Ed Gerrish

Ed Gerrish is an intern for the Summer 2012 term. He is currently a doctoral student at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University with fields in Public Finance and Policy Analysis and a minor in Business and Public Policy. He also holds a master's degree in Public Affairs from SPEA. Prior to earning his master's degree Ed conducted regulatory impact analyses for federal agencies such as the CDC, and NOAA, and consulted for large Foundations such as the Rockefeller and Ford Foundations. After defending his dissertation on the gaming of public performance management systems, Ed hopes to work in the governmental consulting sector to improve fiscal systems and state and federal program implementation.
