Philip Dittmer

Philip S. Dittmer was a Tax Foundation Research Fellow in summer 2012. He holds a B.A. in history and political science from Purdue University and a Master's degree in public financial administration and economic development from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs. He returned to Tax Foundation after a stint in the summer of 2011 as a policy intern, where his research focused on corporate taxes.
