As Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Colby promotes the Tax Foundation’s research and analysis by developing and implementing web, email, traditional media, social media, and digital advertising strategies.
Colby first joined the Tax Foundation in 2013 as an intern before completing his BA in English Literature at Endicott College. He rejoined the Tax Foundation at the beginning of 2015 after freelancing as a graphic designer and marketing consultant.
Colby grew up in Sharon, Connecticut. In his free time, he enjoys music, cooking, and growing a beard.
