Bill Phillips
Senior Government Relations Associate
Bill serves as the Senior Government Relations Associate at Tax Foundation. In his role, he educates policymakers and staff on the importance of sound tax policy.
Prior to joining the Tax Foundation, Bill worked on the development team at the Mercatus Center and spent time in private-sector account management.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Hillsdale College and a master’s degree in public administration from George Mason University.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys golfing, loyally supporting all D.C. sports teams, and chipping away at his goal of visiting all 50 states. He currently resides in the D.C. area.
