On Wednesday, February 15, Tax Foundation Vice President of Legal & State Projects, Joseph Henchman, will testify before the Nebraska Legislature Revenue Committee on a bill (LB452) to extend the state’s sales tax to services.
Joseph will present on Nebraska’s unique tax and revenue situation, challenges and potential opportunities related to the state’s sales tax base, and research on sales tax rates and breadth across the country.
