Sarah Wilbur is Communications Manager at the Tax Foundation where she advances the organization’s institutional reach by developing its corporate communications and media programs.
Before joining the Tax Foundation, Sarah was instrumental in growing the communication strategies for several public policy and nonprofit organizations, helping those who serve the public sector share their unique stories with a wider network. Working alongside top-tier media outlets, her work has impacted the policy priorities of both the general public and sitting members of Congress and representatives for New York State and City, where she is from. Sarah has a master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in policy analysis and evaluation from the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University.
