Brian Barnes is a policy intern at the Tax Foundation. He grew up near Grand Rapids, Michigan, and attended Hope College, where he played baseball and earned a B.A. in Economics. Brian is a proud fan of the Detroit Tigers and reluctant fan of the Detroit Lions.
