Whitney Evans
Chief Advancement & Operations Officer
As Chief Advancement and Operations Officer, Whitney Evans leads the Tax Foundation’s fundraising team, providing strategy and managing infrastructure to support plans for future growth.
Whitney fell into a career in development after an AmeriCorps VISTA year; her fundraising experience since then includes political organizations and candidates, large national nonprofits, local nonprofits, membership organizations, and higher education.
Whitney is a graduate of Duke University and currently resides in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She’s a lifelong equestrian and a certified riding instructor.
