Milly Higgs

As Marketing Associate, Milly Higgs assists with outreach to policymakers, journalists, and taxpayers across the United States and Europe.
Before joining the Tax Foundation, Milly worked as a strategist for several digital marketing agencies, as well as a Development Associate for California Policy Center. She completed her bachelor’s degree in political science at Biola University in 2020.
Milly grew up in Southern California and now resides with her husband in Houston, Texas, where she enjoys cooking, reading, and exploring Houston’s food scene.
