“Tax Breaks for Shipping Jobs Overseas”

During last night's presidential debate, President Obama once again referred to "tax breaks for shipping jobs overseas." Mitt Romney then remarked that he wasn't sure what the President was referring to, joking that he ought to get a new accountant. We're not positive what Obama was specifically referring to either, however, he was likely talking about the commonly misunderstood issue of tax deferral:
