Our Bloggers Need Coffee!
January 6, 2011
With last year’s constant, heated debates over extending the tax cuts, and December’s down-to-the-wire legislation, our analysts are weary from following every nerve-racking development, as well as planning our ambitious 2011 projects and research. They could really use some caffeine to keep their energy up!
On a more serous note, as we continue to follow, report, and research tax policy and reform developments in 2011 at the federal and state levels, we depend, as always, on contributions from our generous donors. Even the smallest donation is helpful and appreciated.
As a lighthearted way to encourage our readers to donate, we have added a PayPal donation widget to the Tax Policy Blog. It allows readers to buy a blogger a cup of coffee—that is, to make a $5 donation. You’ll see the widget at the bottom of individual blog posts. (If it doesn’t show up, just click the title of the post and you’ll see it.) If you find a particular blog post very useful or enjoyable, please consider making a $5 donation. No, it won’t actually provide coffee for the bloggers (but don’t worry—we do give them plenty of coffee in the office!) but it will help us continue the Tax Policy Blog and all the other projects and tools we’re using to fight for sound tax policy.
Thank you to all our past, present, and future donors; our work would not be possible without you!
