Currently, more than 130 countries around the world are negotiating a new approach to taxing multinational businesses, and the result of that negotiation would directly impact U.S. businesses.

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is leading this effort to reach a new compromise and answer questions like “Where should multinationals pay taxes?” and “Should there be a global minimum tax rate on corporate income?”
