The Operations team is responsible for keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes so our colleagues can focus on their valued contributions to move our mission forward. As part of the operations team, you will participate in providing shared services support to all our programs, including financial, HR, technology, and legal.
The role of the Accounting Associate is vital to the Operations team as well as the entire organization. The primary responsibility of this position will be to manage the day-to-day administration of the organization’s accounts payables and accounts receivables. This role is the main support for all facets of the organization’s financial reporting and accounting.

Degree in accounting or finance-related field or 5+ years of experience in nonprofit accounting and/or operations
Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and good judgment
Must be solution-oriented with the ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Salesforce, Bill.com, and Sage Intacct
