Kim Jorns is the Director of Development at the Tax Foundation. Prior to joining the Tax Foundation, Kim served as the Finance Director at the Republican Party of Wisconsin, the National Director of Political Events with the Giuliani Presidential Committee and as a Finance Representative for the National Republican Congressional Committee. She holds a master's of public administration with an emphasis in non-profit administration from Arizona State University and a B.S. from Michigan State University.
