Courtney Albregts currently serves as External Relations and Special Projects Coordinator for the Tax Foundation. She works to develop and strengthen the Tax Foundation's relationships on Capitol Hill, arranges meetings and other opportunities for the Tax Foundation's research to reach its intended audience on the national level, and coordinates events and special projects, including Tax Freedom Day. She also currently serves as Vice President of the Nevada State Society, a non-profit organization that fosters social relations among Nevadans residing in the D.C. metropolitan area, and is in charge of planning the Society's events.

Previously, Ms. Albregts served as senior legislative correspondent for United States Senator John Ensign (R-NV), handling federal budget, economic, tax, and judiciary issues. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Washington in Seattle. A native of Nevada, Ms. Albregts currently resides in Washington, D.C.
