Donnie Johnson is the Tax Foundation’s Publications Manager. In addition to supervising the production of published materials, he serves as the Foundation’s librarian and archivist. Prior to joining the Tax Foundation, he was a rare books and manuscripts assistant at Georgetown University Law Center’s Williams Law Library.
He holds a bachelor of arts degree in Chinese Language & Literature from George Washington University. He also holds a law degree from the Catholic University of America, a master of laws degree in taxation and certification in estate planning from Georgetown University Law Center, and a masters of library science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
