Andrew is the Manager of Federal Projects for the Tax Foundation. In that role, he supervises the Tax Foundation's federal policy research team. Additionally, he heads up outreach efforts to federal policymakers where he focuses on turning theory into practice by distilling complex tax policy into useful and accessible economics.
Prior to joining the Tax Foundation in 2012, Andrew worked on Capitol Hill, for a public relations firm, and with two different media organizations, spending time at ABC News and working for John Stossel at Fox News.
Andrew has completed a certificate in management through the Koch Associate Program and holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and journalism from New York University.
