This week Manager of Communications Richard Morrison talks with Fergus Hodgson, Capitol Bureau Reporter for the Pelican Institute in Louisiana. Fergus fills us in on what's been going on with tax policy recently in Baton Rouge, including proposals for an Amazon tax, changes to the cigarette tax, and a proposal to phase-out the state's personal income tax entirely.
