Criticism of Illinois Affiliate Marketers Tax Law Grows
The Illinois Policy Institute released a policy brief and a video about their state's "Amazon" click-through nexus law, which expanded sales tax collection obligations to out-of-state companies with in-state marketers operating by commission. Many of those affiliate marketers lost their jobs after the law was enacted.
