A Bipartisan Stimulus Plan

President Obama and Democrats are of the Keynesian mindset that we need to get people to work and get the economy moving again and construction projects are a good way of doing so. On a totally different topic, Republicans and others have been on a crusade for the past 10 years or so to honor Ronald Reagan, whether it be through renaming of airports, schools, new coins, etc. Democrats sometimes disagree, citing Reagan’s deficits, foreign policy, and policies regarding social programs.

So how about this bipartisan stimulus proposal: Appropriate $50 billion to build a Ronald Reagan Legacy Museum in every state in America. Building 50 museums for Ronald Reagan ought to put some people to work if the Democrats are right, and according to Republicans, who is more deserving of such an honor?
